Old Updates

August 26, 2005
I'm back from an amazing time in Taiwan. Thanks to those who put up with my lack of updates.
- Fanart: 2 from Pepper, 2 from Roguehobbit, 1 from Iori_MK.
- Wallpapers: 1 from Doulifee, 1 from Beanbun.
- Fanfiction: A story from Mystic Dawn. It's not complete, so be sure to check back for new chapters.
Some other small changes also took place. My bandwidth usage is soaring, but that's nothing new when it comes to this site.
- The Tsubasa Chronicle movie is out. Has anyone seen it yet?

I'm off for Taiwan and I won't be back until mid-August. So, I made a forum for all visitors to participate in during my absence. I noticed that a lot was going on in the tagboard and the forum will be a much easier way to address all problems and questions, as well initiate some fun discussions. So please join and make Hitsuzen Boards an active community! I may drop by every once in a while to check up on things. Once we have a few members I can choose a few moderators to help me. I'm really hoping this will turn out good!
All submissions to Hitsuzen will be added in August.

It wasn't fair to keep you waiting. At first I didn't update because I wanted to write up some more informational content, but I realize it is nearly impossible.

Here is a new, simple layout which may be just temporary. It was created for the sole purpose of conserving bandwidth. I went over my bandwidth by 6 gigabytes for the month of April and I have to pay for it ;_; I don't really know what is causing it, since most of the files are over at my file sponsor anyway. We'll see how this month goes :]

Okay, I don't know if there are any rabid TRC fans ready to chase me with pitchforks for not updating in so long, but guess what? I'm here! If you came here in the last few days and saw the username/password message, don't worry. Hitsuzen has not become an uber-elite club (haha). My bandwidth was about 100 mb from being exceeded and that was the easiest way to save it so that I could buy more. The reason for my bandwidth being lost in the middle of the month is because (I'm inferring) of the anime's arrival! What do you guys think of it so far? Send me your review by using the contact form and I'll post it up on the site if it's of decent length. I have a slew of new content to put up but you'll just have to wait. My studies come first, unfortunately. Be prepared to see some anime-related updates soon.
And another thing: Have I been deleted from Diamond Tears Topsites? I don't see the site there anymore. Am I just blind?

So sorry for the lack of updates. I'm sorry to say I have been really busy and have nothing to add to the site at the time. Just thought I'd leave a note reminding everyone that wallpapers may not be used on the internet (I have already found several cases of this) and direct-linking is not allowed. I finally decided to turn on hotlink protection, and I moved a lot of files to my sponsor. Hopefully this will help prevent the bandwidth trouble we had last month.
There will be no March calendar. I'll try to get in April.
During my recent trip to Taiwan, I realized that manga over there is really cheap, less than 3 USD. Even the hardcovers were inexpensive. I think I'm getting ripped off here in the US!
Once I find a host, Hitsuzen will have a forum!

I made a few changes after receiving a review from Faltered Heart Reviews. Also note the following updates:
- Two new fanart, thanks to Tara and Jessy.
- More descriptions on the worlds.
- Two new images in the gallery, submitted by Karie.
How would you like it if Hitsuzen had a forum? Express your ideas in the tagboard. Also, polls, quizzes, and opinion pages will be added soon.

In case you haven't heard, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle will be made into an anime. Details here. Sorry for not mentioning it sooner. Also, CLAMP has been on hiatus but will return with volume 9 on February 9.
- Information on the English manga added.
- Character descriptions of Sorata and Mokona added.
- 1 new PNG.
I recently found someone direct-linking to my wallpapers and PNG and continuously even after I contacted her three times about it. As a reminder, please do not direct-link to anything on this site. I will not be so lenient anymore. My bandwidth usage shot up last month and if I don't have enough money to pay for it, I will not be able to maintain this site. So please keep that in mind. Thank you.
This wasn't the most fruitful update but enjoy the additions.

It took a long time, but Hitsuzen is finally Valid XHTML Transitional on every page. It's hard to convert so many pages from HTML to XHTML and I had some difficulties. Turns out I forgot to close just ONE tag. Haha, all my troubles...

- "New" premade layout. I actually made it a long time ago but I never uploaded it to Hitsuzen.
- One new PNG of Fye.
- February calendar now available for download. Sorry for never making January.
- New affiliate: Fly Without Wings. The Affiliation page has a description.
I just want to take this time to thank all the visitors for their support. Every nice comment makes me smile :)

- Just implemented the new design so you might encounter some errors. Well, I hope you like this new layout. Took a while, and I redesigned quite a bit. I want to add a tagboard later, but definitely not that horrible tag-board.com.
- Updated the CLAMP page.
- Added the FAQ and Fanlistings page.
I've noticed that people have been copying information from this site onto message boards and forums, word for word. I thank the few who linked back; however, I would appreciate it if you just provided the link or came up with your own summaries. Thanks.

12.27.04: New avatars, first premade layout, volume 1 summary, described a few worlds, 3 new pngs, 1 new fanart, no more tagboard, and some other minor updates took place.

12.18.04: The contest results are up. Expect a new layout and more content coming shortly.

12.04.04: Do I need to plaster "NO CHEATING" everywhere for you to get the point? I shouldn't have to. I am very angry. I put up the polls to get visitor input. Obviously, it didn't work. Did you think I can't look at IP addresses? The winners will be decided by me and Alice on 12/18/04. I'm sorry we can't all be people of integrity.

12.01.04: December! Now would be a good time to check out that calendar. The polls for the contest are up, so VOTE. There was a last minute wallpaper entry so check that out too.

11.28.04: Updated a bit before but failed to mention, New avatar, coded my own guestbook and feedback form. And yes, I do realize I haven't updated the information section since the stone age but the holidays are coming up, equaling more time.

11.19.04: Keep the entries coming! New png, two avatars, december calendar up. I'm constantly updating the tsubasa directory. If there's a link I haven't found, please tell me in the tagboard.

10.23.04: Fanfiction found. Added a page about CLAMP.

10.21.04: One more avatar. Wrote up a page about Kudans and compiled a list of Worlds. Provided two links to crossovers. Don't be shy, contribute to this beloved site!You can write a review about the series or just a certain chapter/volume. Almost everything TRC-related is welcome! By the way, I'm stupid. DT Topsites stopped counting my unique visitors because I linked to the topsite but did not have the image up. Now I'm going dowwwwnnn [4 unique visitors is what it thinks I had today].

10.18.04: Sorry for the lack of summaries. They are time-consuming and I am a busy girl. One day, they will be done *dreams*. However, I have made two 100x100 avatars for you. Feel free to submit some you have made (reasonable sizes). And please don't have the avatar a simple image resized and cropped. DO something to it.

10.04.04: New article I wrote entitled "The Art of Tsubasa". Also posted up YKYOWTRCWY under a new section called "Fun". Two scans added to the gallery.

10.02.04: New wallpaper by me, and one new wallpaper submitted by Ustrel. New layout =] I added a counter. I know, pretty late. I always considered this site to be part of my collective, so I never bothered to add a counter. But, considering this site gets more hits than my collective, I decided that Hitsuzen could get its very own counter.

09.15.04: Two new pieces of fanart of Sakura by me. I drew them months ago, but didn't get a chance to scan. I made a mistake in the credits page! The layout image is from Be With You Scans, not from Blue Skies. I have a fanfiction in the making and a few chapter summaries coming up soon.

09.01.04: For old updates, please see Silent-MistCOM. The updates will be here from now on. One new wallpaper, new bookmarks page with 4 bookmarks, gallery open with 22 colored manga scans. Short summary of Chapter 1 is up. Added "the manga" page, "link in/links out" page, "credits" page, "about site/layout" page, "relationships" page (but not finished), and a tagboard. Adopted four sprites.
